Who's behind TAGFIT? 

My name's Harry Worrow and I have been a coach for over 15 years, I have taught hundreds of clients. Originally from London I now reside in North East of England with my family. 

As an retired athlete I continue to keep myself in great shape, using the principles found in my programs. 

I am hugely passionate about helping others reclaim their fitness no matter the starting point.
