Starting at the neck and finishing at the ankles, you will work every joint in between, leaving your body feeling refreshed and bouncy. 

You will improve mobility and increase strength in:

  •  Neck rotation, extension, flexion and side bending 
  • Scapular protraction, retraction, elevation and depression (lower) and upward and downward rotation 
  • Shoulder internal and external rotation, abduction, adduction, flexion and extension
  • Elbow rotation, flexion, extension
  • Wrist rotation, pronation and supination of the hand 
  • Spinal extension, flexion, lateral flexion
  • Hip internal and external rotation, flexion, extension, adduction, abduction and 
  • Knee rotation, flexion, extension 
  • Ankle plantar flexion, dorsiflexion, inversion, and eversion
